I am guilty of having the same boring cheese sandwich everyday because I just can't think of anything else to eat. So if you're like me, you'll probably love all these healthy ideas for something that's a little different at lunchtime.

I find lunchtime is the ideal time to have something fresh, healthy and super tasty. Also, if you prepare the salads the night before, with the salad dressing separately, you can have a super lovely lunch ready to go in the morning.

It’s super important to eat a healthy and filling lunch, so you don’t end up snacking on rubbish. To stay full you need protein (meat, fish, eggs and cheese) and good fat (avocado, nuts, coconut oil, olive oil and butter).

Stick with fresh stuff. and steer away from anything processed.Vegetables are your friend. You can pile as many veggies onto your lunchtime plate as you want (that doesn’t include a heap of chips!).

Try to keep with wholegrain and wholemeal carbs to avoid the refined and over-processed white bread and pasta.
